CLAIMS ANNOUNCEMENT

Michael Harrison, President and C.E.O. of South Western Group is pleased to announce it has established an agreement with Crawford Adjusters Canada Inc., appointing them as its claims administrator. In their capacity as the claims administrator for South Western Group, Crawford Adjusters Canada Inc. will be responsible for providing 24/7 claims reporting services to the customers of South Western Group as well as providing other related claims services. In addition, in their capacity as a preferred claims vendor for most of our markets, Crawford Adjusters Canada will also take on the actual handling of the claims and/or provide control adjuster services where another adjusting firm is being utilized on a claim.

Our agreement with Crawford Adjusters Canada provides improved 24/7 access and service to our customers when a claim does occur.
