Together with our partner AVIVA Elite, South Western Group is proud to confirm the following increased coverage's now available:
Effective date: January 15 - 2010
Homeowners:
Coverage A limits are available as follows:
- 500,000$ in protected territories
- 400,000 $ in semi protected areas
- 350,000$ in unprotected zones
Replacement cost as well as broad form coverage on building are now available on constructions of 30 years old and less, provided we have confirmation that :
- Roofing has been entirely redone within the last 20 years;
- Electrical system is strictly on breakers;
- Plumbing system is totally exempt of galvanized steel piping or apparatus;
- Building be insured for 100% of its reconstruction cost. Production of reconstruction cost worksheet is compulsory.
Homeowners and tenant personal liability
Optional increased limit of 2,000,000$ is now available for an annual additional premium of $60.
Certified day care for children in homes
We hereby wish to remind you that we can provide coverage on those looking after six or less children.
Our additional premium per child is 23$ annual for the basic 1million limit or 30$ annual for optional limit of 2million
Named perils and rented dwelling policies:
Personal liability is available at a premium of 150$ annual for 1 million limit or 210$ for 2 million limit.
Additional dwellings can be optionally covered for 35$ annual by apartment for 1 million or optionally 50$ by apartment for 2 million limits.
