South Western Group is now able to consider sub-standard habitational submissions for all provinces. Flexibility allows us to accommodate a broad range of sub-standard habitational risks with the best possible terms available to us.
Below are some highlights, however, this list is a guideline and we are always able to consider risks that fall outside these parameters on a case by case basis.
LIMITS:
Hydrant Protected Area - $500,000.
Semi-Protected Area - $400,000.
Unprotected Area - $250,000.
Minimum Deductible is $1,000.

Scheduled Articles Cover is available for Principal Residences

Up to 10 acres with no farming or commercial activities

Risks undergoing minor renovation with a 3 month completion date

Up to 4 boarders living with owner
-
60AMP service or up to 50% Knob & Tube with a letter of certification from a licensed electrician
Business operations

Students in residence - up to 4 students including an owner's son/daughter

Certified wood stove as primary heat source
Combination wood furnace and outdoor wood furnace
